VYBO Electric
The 1AL electric motor is one of the highest quality electric motors used on the European market. These engines are specifically designed and manufactured for the European industry and market, especially Western Europe (Germany, Benelux, Austria...). They are characterized by a modern design based on Hi-TECH technologies developed with many years of experience. The specific curves of the AL electric motor reduce the temperature and noise during operation. The design of the AL electric motors is maximally optimized for perfect operation with the lowest possible vibrations and high overload capacity. AL electric motors are designed so that they can be controlled directly or via a frequency converter. They are optimized for VYBO Electric frequency inverters.

– Steel cooling cover, cooling propeller (plastic cover is used as standard)
– Reinforced storage with closed steel membrane
– Metal housing of the connection terminal (plastic is used as standard for motors up to 22 kW)
– Reinforced, reinforced bearing shields from the inside of the lid with a high-strength steel insert to prevent the discharge of the shields
Compatible stator frame
Stator frame - The frame of the motors is made of cast aluminum in an extremely ergonomic design, very precise using the latest technologies.
– The feet of the electric motor are attached with strong Allen screws, which ensures high compatibility when assembling the feet, i.e. H. different versions guaranteed. The connection box can be mounted on the side or at the top.
– Fastening the flange with hexagon socket screws made of high-strength steel.
– 1AL electric motors have built-in reinforced bearings from an axial height of 112 mm.
Stator laminations and winding
Stator sheets are machine cut and pressed with high precision to achieve maximum magnetization, strength and quality.
Winding - enameled copper wire of the highest quality. VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation System) – vacuum impregnation. Machine winding.
Rotor, rotor shaft and cooling propeller
Rotor – reinforced rotor cage (steel-aluminum with added copper)
Our rotors are balanced with the highest precision.
The cooling propeller is designed for the lowest possible losses, maximum efficiency and minimum noise.
For a long service life, the rotor shaft is made of high-quality shaft steel.
Bearings and end shields
